Initial Consultation
On the initial consultation, we prefer to speak in person or by phone. We will get to know your likes and dislikes by asking you about your past vacations.  It's important to discuss the pace of a trip as everyone's preferences differ.  And we will inquire about your budget, so we can give you recommendations accordingly then will set up our next consultation date as well.

Recommendations
After our first consultation, the next steps will be to go over the details with a rough estimate within your budget . Please note we do not do budget vacations. We work with 3-5 star hotels only.  On a full package with accommodations, tours, cooking classes, transportation etc., you can expect packages to start at approximately $3500 per person. 
We can address further questions and concerns you may have and discuss travel insurance. 

Confirm Reservations 
Here we pull it all together and confirm your reservations.  We will secure payments of deposit or full payments accordingly. Next we provide the required paperwork for signatures and invoices. 

​Travel insurance will be quoted and purchased within 2 weeks of deposit. 

Consulting calls are available starting at $125.00 for 30 minutes. I offer quick tips for your planned trip to review and add enhancements to your itinerary. These chats do not include booking any services, names or websites of hotels, tour guides, tour operators or tour companies. Have your itinerary on hand to discuss tips on general trip preparation, best regions and what time of the year to visit, train travel, and scheduling suggestions.

Consulting calls are available if you need a little more time at $240.00 for a 60 minutes.  For those looking for a full review of an existing itinerary, I can offer 2 suggested accommodations per city, excluding Airbnb and Villa Rentals. You send your itinerary and we can discuss and also offer tour ideas to enhance your existing trip.
